Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and siap4d (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the siap4d website located at https://siap4d.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment features, and promotional programmes (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by siap4d under specific promotional terms that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, software, game titles, data, odds, and other materials available on the Platform.
• "Eligible Player" means an individual who satisfies all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each casino game, slot title, live dealer table, or sports betting market as published on the Platform.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency in which all Account balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process described in Section 4.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet, wager, bonus activation, or fund transfer processed through your Account.
• "You" / "User" / "Member" means any individual who accesses the Platform or holds a registered Account.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to Eligible Players. To qualify as an Eligible Player you must satisfy all of the following conditions on a continuous basis:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of siap4d, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
6. You must not be a person designated under international sanctions lists, including but not limited to those issued by the United Nations Security Council or the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single-Account Policy

Each Eligible Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf — is strictly prohibited. siap4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate associated balances, and permanently ban the underlying user.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile telephone number, and a unique email address. siap4d may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify siap4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. siap4d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

4. KYC Verification

In accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards, siap4d is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. You must submit the following documentation upon request:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing your full name, date of birth, and residential address.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions, such as a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your full name and account number.

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours during business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawals will remain restricted. siap4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. All submitted documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

siap4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 and the maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. siap4d does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own service charges, for which siap4d accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided that (a) your KYC verification is complete, (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met, and (c) your withdrawal request does not trigger any fraud or AML alert requiring further review. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

5.4 Processing Times

siap4d targets the following withdrawal processing times from the moment of approval: BCA, BRI, BNI — under 5 minutes; other Indonesian bank transfers — within 15 minutes; e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — within 10 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to enhanced security checks. siap4d charges zero withdrawal fees.

5.5 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts held in your own name. Transactions made using accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any balances associated with third-party payment methods may be forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a 100% match Welcome Bonus up to Rp 20,000,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings attributable to bonus funds may be withdrawn. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 90 days of activation; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwis e specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• siap4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the associated Account suspended.
• Certain game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• siap4d reserves the right to apply a maximum bet restriction of Rp 200,000 per round or spin while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

6.3 Promotional Integrity

siap4d monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated bonus harvesting. Any account found to be engaged in such activities may have its bonuses cancelled and its Account closed without further notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

siap4d offers sports betting markets across a wide range of competitions including BRI Liga 1 (Indonesia's top domestic football league), the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton tournaments, volleyball, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports events. Available market types include but are not limited to: 1X2 match result, Asian Handicap (commonly referred to as voor bola — a handicap betting format popular in Indonesia), Over/Under goals, Both Teams To Score (BTTS), Correct Score, First Goalscorer, and mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections into a single wager). All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as published by the relevant governing body.

7.2 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other table games are governed by individual Game Rules accessible within each game interface. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed transparently within the game information panel. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories.

7.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sports event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required period of play as defined in the applicable Game Rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your Account. In live betting markets, bets already settled prior to an abandonment will stand.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or technical fault, siap4d reserves the right to void affected bets or games and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. siap4d will not be liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from such events. If a malfunction voids a game session mid-play, the stake for that session will be returned in full.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports results, or any form of sports fraud.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false one.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to access or operate your Account.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward siap4d staff or other users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or residential location during registration or at any subsequent point.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to the siap4d brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, odds data, written materials, and promotional artwork, is the exclusive property of siap4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of siap4d.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, siap4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions or betting activity.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond siap4d's direct control.
• Any action taken by Indonesian government authorities or financial institutions that affects the availability of payment channels.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, siap4d's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit siap4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by siap4d

siap4d reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or process withdrawals until the investigation is resolved.

11.2 Termination by siap4d

siap4d may permanently close your Account if an investigation confirms a material breach of this Agreement. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding AML checks.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, siap4d will process all eligible pending withdrawals and close the Account within five (5) business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

siap4d is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible through your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties may contact our support team at any time to activate an immediate self-exclusion of up to five (5) years.

13. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. siap4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage practices, and strictly controlled internal access protocols to protect your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments

siap4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming services. siap4d operates under an international gaming licence and conducts its activities in compliance with the licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents siap4d from seeking interim injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm. Users located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment within the country and accept sole responsibility for verifying the legality of their participation under applicable local law.
